Antique Loko Herbalist Sculpture

A special historical sculpture from the Loko people of Sierra Leone representing an herbalist woman. This sculpture was carried by the herbalist healer herself to ward off evil spirits. The detail of the hair, many beaded adornments, and smooth aged patina add to making this an exquisite sculpture. Late 19th Century
